Hier kommt Disco-Stimmung auf! Lange haben wir während der Pandemie darauf gewartet endlich mal wieder in Clubs zu feiern. Die Lieder des isländischen Musikers Daði Freyr zaubern uns ein Lächeln auf die Lippen, denn er bringt diese lang ersehnte Partystimmung zu uns ins Kulturzelt. Zu den groovy Pop-Songs kann man einfach nicht anders, als ausgelassen tanzen. 
Mit seinen Hits Think about Things und 10 Years nahm er am Eurovision Song Contest teil und erreichte 2021 sogar den 4. Platz im Finale.

You will not be able to refrain from dancing to these groovy, catchy pop-songs. With his two songs „Think about Things“ and „10 Years“ he participated in the Eurovision Song Contest and got to 4th place in the finale in 2021.

The songs from this Eurovision contestant feel very light and happy, without the cliché of being superficial. On the contrary, the way in which Daði Freyr sings is heart warming. With songs like “Thinking about Things“ inspired by his role as a father, or the song “10 Years” dedicated to his wife.
Maybe it is the personal touch that makes his songs feel like they are from the 80s/90s. It is this nostalgic feel-good vibe that we look forward to… because it “Simply feels good”.
